Has anyone tried out the Autozone Sylvania LED H13 Bulbs? If so how did they perform and did you need extra equipment?

I have not, but you piqued my interest. Sylvania's website states : " Current US automotive regulation does not allow for the use of LED retrofit bulbs as low beam and high beam headlight replacements for on-road vehicles."

This would probably be a liability concern if you were ever in a night time on-road vehicle accident.
