You need to broaden you Ebay search. Just type in "Jeep Patriot lug nuts" or "jeep patriot lug nuts oem". Most sellers will have a fitment chart already listed in what their product fits.Check the link below.Its a set of 20 lug nuts for cheap and they are listed for the patriot and theyve sold over 75 sets of them with over 60 watchers.If that many sets were sold and their has been no complaints,i wouldnt see why they arent working for everyone.Thats just one link.Im sure there are hundreds of other seller with different options and prices.JUst check their fitment chart and feedback rating.From the general consensus from doing a very quick ebay search,it appears the lug size is an M12 1.5.

I'd be real careful about sourcing wheel nuts from Ebay. Who knows what the heck they're made of. I try to stick to well-known brands like McGard and Gorilla.

 

Agreed. Or even getting oem lug nuts.
