There's a good chance you'll need to do the pinch weld mod.

 

Any reason as to why you think that? Any proof ? I’ve researched this forum like a maniac and have found that 1.25 spacer w 235/65/17’s on stock should cause no rubbing - the toyo’s do look a bit beefier that’s why I asked .. a pinch weld mod kind of seems like a pain in the neck at least the getting the piece of plastic back on afterwards to cover up the flattened pinch
