I took the stubby off and just cut down my stock antenna a bit

 

so where did you get the front tow hook edge trim?

i have the same exact front bumper as you had originally with the slotted openings where the hooks go and am wondering did you just cut/dremel the horizontal pieces out? Or does that whole thing just pop out leaving you with the squarish opening with no trim around it?

 

I dremeled them out and than found some almost like door molding stuff to put around it

Look at the picture right after the pic of the tow hooks, that was what I ended up with after dremeling out the plastic

Hey, how do you like that jack? is it a PITA with that lift? i'm thinking about getting one of those (Harbor Freight is awesome for affordable tools and stuff!). Though I was probably gonna go with a 10 or 12 Ton one just for the lawls...

 

the 6 is too small and the 8 is just right, I took off the front wheel and had to get it unstuck of the spacer and it worked great! Very stable

Thew the k&N in, I dont know if there's any other benefit except being able to clean it and reuse it..

 

Did you get the air filter clamp with the K&N filter out of the box or did you buy it from a plumbing store mine has no clamp just pushes onto the fitting.
Gotta love those front lights are they fog or driving lights?

 

The k&n filter had the pipe clamp already on it, there are fog lights towards the bottom

 

Cool Patriot! Where do you find all the accessories? Are they available from Jeep? I have also wanted to put a K&N filter on, looks easy enough. Thanks.

Love the color! I could not find one in 2008 with Off Road options... had to get the red one. My question: Did the plastic housing come with K&N CAI? I have one but I did not get it. Makes my Pat a little noisier than I like at acceleration. Is this a new model K&N? Did you notice a significant change in loudness during the acceleration?

 

That is no CAI, that is the new style airbox, it did not change the sound at all but if I want there to be a sound difference than all I have to do is pull off the snorkle going to the airbox and it gets that nice throaty sound!

 

Your new tires look great!
