I am picking up my new 2011 Patriot on Monday and will soon need to install a brake controller for my pop-up camper. Normal brake controller location would be on the panel below the ignition, BUT I was reading the manual and that is where the Knee Bolster is located as part of the Air Bag System and it says "WARNING Do not drill cut or tamper with the Knee Bolster in any way. Do no mount any accessories to the knee bolster"
So.... where to mount on a 2011???
