Hello everybody, I am new to this forum and new owner of a white 2008 jeep patriot. Love it.
I also own a chevy colorado and am an active member on 355nation.net.
I checked all over internet and can not find any clear turn signals, so I contacted a member on 355 who is making clear reflectors. I asked about making for the patriot, he replied if there is enough members intrrested, he can give us good price.
Please let's try with at least 10 persons, and I will ask him the price

Here is what he's doing for 355nation members:

There is a slight problem, our reflectors don't just "remove". You'd have to bake the entire turn signal lamp and then remake the entire cover. I disassembled a set one time to try this on my own with no luck. I ended up snapping the lens in half only to realize the orange, is actually the plastic rather than a removeable insert or anything of the sort.
Heres the picture of where it broke, so you would need to have him create the entire lens

Ok thanks
Do you have more pics of the lens?
I will send him the pics, and see what he can do.

Nope. That seems to be the only picture I took. But the entire lens is one piece so he'd have to recreate the entire lens. Plus how would we install them? Most people don't have the skill set to pull the lens off their existing lists. I watched like 50+ tutorials and still was unsuccessful

Found another picture which may help you. If he's successful I'd be interested in a set as long as it's not pricey. I know 480Kreepin was interested in a set when the idea first arrose. I'm sure if he is successful we could get atleast 10 people to step up. It's hard to judge how many people will go into something when we aren't sure what it'll look like.
This is a shot of where I broke the lens. The reflective part is not removable, it's molded as one entire piece.

I'd also like to know how we are to "add" the lens to the existing housing. I baked mine at the correct temperatures for the correct amount of time that is supplied all over the web and it warped the housings and cracked my existing lens.
