Hi, I'm from Scotland and have come across your site and what can I say, it's full of great info.
I have just purchases my first Jeep and of course it was a Patriot i opted for the 2.4 petrol manual Limited in Jeep Green. How happy am I.

Congratulations on your new Jeep! Have fun with it!

I have visited Perth and Glasgow (have relatives in both cities) and also Edinburgh. Scotland has some really gorgeous countryside. Great place for a Jeep!

And welcome from western Canada, too. My sister just visited our ancestral home – Edinburgh - and came back with great photos of "our" castle – Crichton Castle.

Just one question: why didn't you choose the diesel?

well I opted for the 2.4 petrol over the 2.0 deisel as I have always baught petrol in the past and i guess it's the fear of the unknown, never know maybe my next jeep will be a diesel.

Hope to get some pics on soon although by the firth of fourth may be a little too far. I live in Paisley so maybe more fitting if I get some next to the old thread mills (where paisley pattern originated)
