Well, found a dealer near my home who ordered a green patriot North 4X4 special edition (AL3 option) with beige interior to my specifications plus trailer tow group, full spare, 215 65 17 owl tires. Order made to my name with no obligation from my part(VIN available next week).

When finding out today was build out date limit, he took the responsability to order one. Told me if I didn't want it, he would sell it to someone else (but order is to my name). Now that's service!!! Price is protected from any raise.

Gave me a 245$ rebate on the spot plus free molded mud guards. I will also benefit from any incentives and rebates from Chrysler in June on 2008 models. Dealer will also make a deal price on fog lights and air defectors (front rear doors). I will also call for Mopar 50 dollar coupon.

Can't be without a car from June to September and don't want to be stuck picking up left over models in june. This dealer really solved my problem.

BTW did I mentioned that I changerd my mind about waiting for 2009.There will be no rebates on those models before February 2009 and price will be higher most probably.

So I think ownership is on the way. Latest delivery date june 15. Count down has begun!!!! Still free to accept or refuse, just a great set up.:pepper::banana:

Read your post ...yep we're on the same boat. Can't wait, have to make the move. Did you order yours yet? I think we'll get the best deals from now to end of june on 2008...that's a compensation.

Yep, My green 4 X 2 Limited with BA speakers and the Secutiy/Cargo was ordered about 10 days ago. They also said if I do not want it they could sell it very quickly, which I believe.... Even though I see a Patriot only every 2 weeks around S.Florida .
