No it doesnt automatically do both, You need to do them separately. Paypal makes it easier to pay for items and it gives the buyer instant payment so they can send your item sooner. Paypal is also the only payment method allowed for overseas purchases.

Google paypal for the official site to register or if your are signing up to ebay there will be an option to register for paypal there. Regarding your second question, your ebay and paypal account just need to be linked to the same email address. When are you buying your Jeep??? Ok no poll starting regarding that issue. Cheers mate.

I buy/sell all my steeler and Pitt tickets on Ebay ---- Also have over 150 purchases and have never had a problem. Ebay is the best thing every invented!!! JUST DO IT!!!!!

JeepMan.......You link it to a bank account of yours. If you go to the paypal website they have all the info you will need if you want to learn more about it.

Not always. Each seller posts the price of his/her merchandise for what they think it's worth. It can be the exact same item selling for $39 or $41 or $57, etc. Read the entire listing and compare specifications, photos, model #s, shipping charges and such to know exactly what you are buying.

eBay owns Paypal, so if you have an eBay account, there will be links and banners all over your control panel and other places that will basically hold your hand thru the process of signing up.
you put in your bank account info, paypal makes a small deposit of a few cents into your account, you then tell them how much it was. this verifies its your account.
this bank account is then directly linked to paypal and your email name.
if anyone ever needs to send you $$ they can go to the paypal site, put in your email name and then send you $$ in a variety of ways. credit card, bank transfer etc...
it then shows right up in your account
many, MANY stores outside ebay also use paypal as a payment source. this is a great way to pay because the store never sees ANY of your account information. all the transaction is handled thru paypal so you are very safe.
