Needed to save gas. Always like jeep, used to have wrangler. Its nice to be back in a jeep.

I have the same thing. My dakota got 17 MPG, I average over 27 in the RIOT. I have gotten as high as 30.8. I drive conservatively but average close to 75-80 on the highway

I still have my 1987 Wrangler, gas mileage sucks, but it's great off road and I love going topless. I like the extra comforts of the Patriot we bought. I prefer driving the patriot as a daily driver hands down. Both Jeeps have a place off road. Enjoy yours
