I am waiting for my new patriot to come in. I bought a black limited patriot with the cvt2l and off-road package. The jeep will be in on Monday but I have to wait until Friday to pick it up. This is going to be a long week. :wow: I can't wait to hit the rough stuff with it. Is there anybody else from Sask that has a patriot on this sight.

That would be cool if i was the first. I would also like to thank everyone for posting so much information on this forum. It made the buying process very easy and i was able to go into the dealership knowing more about the patriot than the sales woman. That help me get a below mrsp and also get them to put the hitch in for free.

Jeep creep 306 do you have the white patriot in Yorkton. I spotted it at the walmart the other day when i was looking at the dodge dealership. I work in yorkton and live in Ituna. Pigshanks I am from shaunavon originally, so i know the place and people well.

Hi everyone! I'm also a new Patriot owner from Saskatchewan, as of February 7. I wanted an '07 because of what you see lit up on my avatar. Had to get it trucked in from Alberta though, which took a few weeks, but it was worth the wait! My sales guy said they never brought one in before in Marine Blue. Could be a while then before I see another one in this 2007-only color.

On its first highway trip it endured -29°C temperatures and -45°C windchills. The heater stayed hot, and so did the heated YES seats. Very smooth and responsive CVT going down and up the Qu'Appelle River valley.

Last Wednesday was the biggest snowfall day of the winter so far, about 7 inches. Of course I had no trouble going though that much snow. So a Jeep CAN take away some of the winter blahs!

Thanks to all the forum writers for all the stuff I wouldn't have known from anywhere else. And thanks to my sister for having a broken ignition lock cylinder on her Dodge Shadow. If I hadn't gone to the dealer for that repair I wouldn't have wandered over to the lot outside and caught the Patriot "bug" that's lasted 4 1/2 months now!

I picked up my pat on Friday Feb 15. I put on almost 1000 km since picking it up. In the past 2 days we had a warm snap and blowing snow. The roads got wet and icy and the pat loved it. I love the way it handles the icy conditions. This is the most fun I have had driving a vehicle. I found a ten inch pile of snow in the middle of a street and pulled a uturn through it. The pat went up and over skidding on the skid plates but went right through the hard ridge with ease. I also love the sound system and the heated leather seats. This is a great vehicle for the saskatchewan winter. The one problem is that the pat is very dirty because of all the melting snow and wet gravel roads i was driving on. The one saving grace is that it is a Jeep and looks good covered in mud :smiley_thumbs_up: So the question is what is there for off road trails in the yorkton or fort qu'appell area. I am also thinking of going up to Duck Mountain and trying out the 4X4 in the deep snow. Sooooo excited.:pepper:
