In normal conversation, do you call your Patriot "the car", or "the truck"?

  • CAR - it's based on a Calibre, duh...

  • TRUCK - it's my big 4X4 SUV that's just as capable as any truck out there

The old joke is, "you know why they call them SUVs don't cha? 'cause it's not a JEEP!" or "Jeep was already taken!"
We have called them ALL "the Jeep". All five!

Its either the Jeep or the Truck to me and my friends. If we're refering to our multiple vehicles at once, "The Trucks." or specifically, "The Jeep, The fullsize, The Cherokee." etc. Somehow, my Patriot got 'The Jeep' over the Cherokee, but they're all trucks.

I believe I recall seeing a bumper sticker that read, "it's a jeep thing, you wouldn't understand" so there you have it--I call it the jeep or the wagen, but in my household it is the RED jeep, not the OLD jeep!

the Jeep, (says it all)

the Jeep, (says it all!)

I call mine a JEEP. I never associate a JEEP with a Car or a Truck. It's a JEEP.
