What do people possibly need with half of all the other crap we put all over the Patriot?
Black muffler? Chrome grills? License plate frames? Plastic wood grain dash?
Chrome handles? Little antennas?
Sometimes people buy things because they like the way it looks and it makes them happy. That's what they are 'fore'.

Would these help at all for putting snowboards onto a roof rack? Or is the car low enough that i wouldn't need it?

It would depend on how tall you are, how long your arms are, and how high and away your boards are stored. But yes, there is a very good chance it could.

My sentiments exactly Matty.
I'm concerned they will look so out of place and superficial. Its like those low ride cars the kids drive around in with the loud mufflers, in which they got a large wing bolted on to the trunk lid. Just doesn't work for me.

At all. There is a HUGE negative 'attack' vibe hanging over this place.......
Doesn't make it a very friendly place to share things in.

I'm sick and tired of having to walk on egg shells every f-kng time I post something on here, for fear of throwing this guy into another hissy-fit loop.
I'm cognisant he's got issues, but just the same I think we all deserve a hassle free forum.
While I agree with a lot of the posts in this thread (about the Patriot being low enough)... I won't look down on someone that may want/need them on theirs... for whatever godforsaken reason.
