That's what happened to me last year. They had to do a lot of searching to find me a black FDII with MyGig/uConnect so my deal was probably average at best.

I paid like 20.5K OTD for my '12 Altitude Ed. FWD.
Sticker was like 23.7k or something like that...it has the mygig system, and I got a bunch of mopar parts and an extended warranty.
In January they were not giving too much extra in terms of incentives on the 12 vs 13. There are a few black on black altitudes around me (4x4) that are listed at under 20k, which would be a steal.
