Im pretty new to this forum but i have read some of the other threads in here about floor liners for the Patriot.Alot of you guys decided that the Husky liners were a better quality for the price compared to the Weathertechs high price tag.
Well i took your guys advice and bought all of the Husky floor liners for my Pat.The fronts, the rears, and the cargo area.So far i am very "un-impressed" with these liners. The front drivers mat dont even fit correctly and seems to be 3 inches too short and incredibly warped and appears to be made out of a flimsy material. No problems with the passenger side or the back seat liners(yet) but they are very flimsy and dont get used like the drivers mat.Even with the little prongs on the bottom of the mat,the drivers side moves all over because its just too small and dont fit correctly.Even if i were to heat up the mat and try to manipulate it,i just dont see it being able to fit the floor correctly.Thats how far its actually off from fitting the floor correctly.
The cargo liner is also very flimsy and came packaged all rolled up in a long rectangular box which also warped the liner and has left seams on it where it was squashed into the box.
I had the Weathertech liners in my F150 before i traded it it for my Pat.I should have bought the Weathertechs and spent the extra money. Those things were thicker and stronger.I had those Weathertechs in my F150 since 2007 and when i traded the truck in last month for my Pat,the carpet underneath still looked new!
Comments/advice and or experience with Husky and or Weathertech Liners appreciated.
