Hey all,

New Jeep owner and a 2012 Patriot at that. Only two weeks old and already had fun with it in two snowstorms here in the upper midwest. Love my Jeep!

I picked up my 2011 last month in a 4x2 config and have just driven in one of our infrequent winter snow storms...the northern edge of the storm hammering Seattle...and I am impressed with how the Patriot handled it.

Steady, confident, went where I pointed it.

Because of our temperate, wet climate; when we do get snow its sort of a combo of talc powder and Vaseline on top of black ice. Very hard to drive on.

Patriot did real well, again I'm impressed.

Have fun in yours...

I own a 2011 pat ltd 4x2 it's been a very soft winter here in Ontario so far this year. But we have had odd sudden snow fall and I have to agree these pat are great in all types of weather I'm very happy with my first jeep pat

Welcome!

My Patriot is has been performing well in the harsh 60 degrees it's been today in South Carolina.. Pretty proud of it.. Haha

I doubt I will see any snow in my area this year. The coldest it's gotten is maybe just below freezing a couple of nights.

How far from myrtle beach sc do you live you sent some place for to me to check out. But I think this trip that the wife and myself might do some site seeing any places good to check out considering you lived there once a upon a time .

I moved 200 miles away to just outside Charlotte but still in SC. Myrtle is just for vacation not to good for a career. There is Broadway at the beach and two tanger outlets if you want to shop. They also just built a new board walk off ocean Blvd. As far as sight seeing you could go to brook green gardens. Next trip to SC if you like history you should go to Charleston.

Thanks for the info . I like history more geared to the wild west and Canadian history . My favorite state that I have been is south Dakota so much to do and see and lets not forget the gambling . Charlotte isn't it in north Carolina ?
