Looks great but I would like to see if anyone else has it first...

Really I want to see real screen shots of it in action.

Great alternative to the MyGig RER which I have found at the lowest $650. Then you have to buy a GPS antenna ($100) + microphone ($?)

I don't know how close the actual video clarity is the the ad, but if it's close this unit has a better picture then my alpine.

It looks good but it does not list a hard drive for onboard music storage, maybe i missed that info. I have the mygig and i am spoiled not having cds laying all over the floor. I would like to put one in my wifes 2008 Liberty if they had one with the Hard drive, and would work in a Liberty. Thanks for the info.
OH YEAH I could use USB storage devices, Im not as young as some of you guys so sometimes it takes me a few to catch on to the other newer options I could use on the Radio, haha

geez i wish i could afford such a sweet head unit. I just can't bring myself to spend even that much money. maybe one day... til then just trying to find a good AUX or iPod converter for cheap.

no hard drive

Yep, I don't think any of them other than the "MyGig" actually include a built-in hard drive for music storage. But like you just realized, they're assuming people would attach a USB "flash drive" or SD card containing their music, or burn it onto recordable CD-R discs that you'd insert like a regular music CD, or even attach an iPod that's already filled with music.

I kind of like/prefer the idea of having a hard drive actually in the stereo. Saves you the issues of leaving things like an iPod or memory stick media sitting around in the car where it might get stolen, for one thing. But given the price difference between a setup like this and a MyGig, I think it's a practical option.

Another option I found

Hey everyone, I was on Ebay looking at the radio above and I found another source that is selling Mygig RBZ 430's and REN 430"s for 349.99 plus shipping here is the link to their website, they have more options on their direct site then they do on Ebay, some are new and some are refurbs.

A couple of days ago, I ordered the Eonon C1006 headrest dvd players.
Hope the colour matches with the interior.

Had already installed a monitor on my rearview mirror and a camera to see backwards behind the car. So I needed a videoswitch to choose which monitor shows a dvd, and found a small one here in Holland.
It`s selectable with a RC, hope the kids will enjoy it.

Has anyone purchased this head unit yet. I am torn because I think the red knobs with blue buttons would clash with the jeeps interior green lighting...

I am courious also if any has bought this unit. If you have is it a simple plug and play? Looking at the picture of the wire harness, looks to me you will have to wire the thing, and not just a socket to plug in, it would be a deal breaker for me as I am no good at that stuff, I know it's probably simple but wouldn't want to attempt it. Have a message into the seller but no response yet.

Still wondering if any one has purchased this unit and how the install went, is it a simple plug and play, anything else have to be purchased like bezels, brackets or control to have the steering wheels controls work?
