I got my 07 for 19500 (125 over invoice) and the sticker price was about 20,900, and that was before rebates and trade in.

Also check out www.kbb.com that will give you a better idea of what invoice is on the car and how much you can haggle.

as far as it being quiet, it has some road noise on the highway, but its not what I would call loud, other people on here think its too loud.

Seems from what I have read on here is that a couple of hundred dollars on either side of invoice seems reasonable. Hope this helps.

Is it Quiet..................yes it is. I had mine running and the three people that were checking it out didn't know it was running. Today I was behind a guy who was in the middle of the street didn't know I was behind him. Oh and one of the kids on the street didn't know I was behind him. It's not a loud vehicle.

Thanks for all the responses. I didn't expect to get so much timely help! What a nice patriot home!
2 more questions
1. any difference between 07 and 08 models?
2. is the gas mileage in practice close to the tagged?

Hi,
Just got our 2008 Siver Patriot last week , 4x2 sport 26e package, wheel upgrade , autostick MRSP $19780 and got it for $18500 . I live here in Southern California. Good Luck on your dealing.
Nice!!!

We'll be getting the 4x2, sport, manual, 26E with red paint ($225) and sunroof ($800) ~ I am a really good negotiator so I'm hoping to haggle a good price... plus I'll have a trade-in and down payment.

When I build the Riot on Jeep's website, the down payment field autopopulates - is there a minimum down payment to build your Pat? I think it was a little over $1800.

Thanks!
:D

Yeah mate, I agree with you 100%. I'm really loving the quiet ride of the Patriot since I've been used to driving 70's V8s around for a while. Especially on the freeway. Too bad the dealer here swapped the US-white-letter-tires for some european ones which are better for cornering, but a bit louder on the freeway.
