I should've changed the name to general audio. Anyone running hybrid audio speakers?

18" DC level 5 with a 3,000 watt amp.

8 Hertz DCX speakers in the front doors on a Hertz ep-4

(Soon to upgrade the doors)

2 selenium d250x on the outside running off a powebass 330.2

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

A nice big 80 lb battery

2 layers of stinger road kill on the roof and two layers in the hatch.

I just found out that I'm going to be the owner of some 15" kicker comps soon =D

i have an alpine double din dvd (mopar has an adapter for a larger opening) four rockford 6x9's in the doors and an 8in kicker solo-baric in the back. the 6x9's are powered by the head unit only (still sound good) the sub is powered by a bridged kicker 200w amp.

Which head unit? How do you like it?

ALPINE IVA-W203. I like the price (just under 500 when i bought it) but it was an extra 100 for the bluetooth and another 60 for the ipod interface, but ive had it for about a year with no problems. the picture is good, but fast action (think Behind enemy lines flight missle scene) the pixels cant keep up. it has plenty of add ons (getting ready to put screens in the headrests for the kids) just incase anyone else is looking the mopar bezel part number is 82211589

That one appears to be discontinued, and the new ones are going for like 700 bucks.. Yikes. I do like the idea of a double din screen with a DVD player and BT capability, etc. etc. I want one for my Jeep.

i have a 2 channel 200w kicker bridged for my sub and i have a four channel 200w kicker (not installed yet) to run the doors. i think i'll need to replace the door speakers again as they only handle 75w (i think)

an 8in kicker solo-baric in a ported box. i know its a small speaker, but it hits just as hard as the 2 10in pioneers i had before it, although im at the age now where i use it more for sound quality then for thumping, but ocassionaly it goes up (usually when there's a little honda next to me)

8" solo baric is great! I am actually thinking about getting 2 10" L5s. They would be great. The awesome thing about a square sub is that it hits like a circular sub about 2" larger or more than it. L5s and L7s are the best subs invented.

it was a lot more expensive then most subs i looked at, but the saying is true, you do get what you pay for.

I run 2 amps in my vehicle a MB Quart Onyx 4.125 that puts out over 1000w. This amp powers my door speakers. I use a Rockford Fosgate Prime 250.1 to power my subs at a 2ohm loads.
