My Patriot is less than a month old and I have a slight dirt mark on the interior roof fabric. The material is cream so it is kinda noticeable.

Has anyone got any tips on how to clean it without making a bigger mess!

Thanks in advance!

I use Lucas Oil interior cleaner. Doesn't work so good on shoe prints, though.....

I never thought I'd get the coffee off, without some kind of mark, but it worked, no one can tell, not even me and I know exactly where it was.

My interior is bad now though, can't wait till spring to give it a good cleaning.

I've had pretty good luck using window cleaner for smudges and hand prints. Make sure to use a clear cleaner like Eagle 1 20/20 though and not bright blue Windex. Spray a little cleaner on a rag and pat the area gently to lift off most off the mark. Once most of the stain is cleaned, rub lightly with the cloth to remove any leftover marks. This works for fingerprints and handprints like I said, anything else (like coffee maybe:), and you may need something stronger.

The idiots detailing my car at the dealership did this. I was pissed. I used Toyota interior cleaner. It works fine and on most materials it does not stain. It didn't stain my interior anyway
