Folding rear seats standard?

Are the folding rear seats standard on the 08 Sport D package? I have been assuming they were, but some fine print on the jeep.com site leads me to believe they are not...damn!

Do you mean reclining? all the pat's have folding seats (forward). The reclining (back) is the optional part. hope this helps.
