Buy some fine grit sandpaper and scuff up the chrome so that it is no longer smooth. After just buy a spray can of black "I would buy low or no gloss" and spray them black, that its stick um on the tail-lights.

It'd probably be easier for me to mail you the can of paint I used. Just go to Home Depot and get a can of Krylon plastic enamel in whatever color you want. No need to scuff or primer, just make sure the plastic is nice and clean before you paint them. Total investment in materials is about $5.95.

Nonsense. Do it yourself. No guts, no glory. Like the man said, just make sure the surface is super clean, then wipe it down with rubbing alcohol (and let it dry) just before spraying. There is minimal danger in spray painting any small parts. It only looks flawed when you try to paint too large of an area with a simple spray can; that's not what it's meant for. I've been spray painting stuff my whole life and it's super-easy and very cost-effective.

On one of the threads here, somebody stated that he had never spray painted anything in his life. No offense, but that just cracks me up...
