Does anyone know how to turn the daylights on with the 2010 Jeep Patriot, the only lighting options I have are to turn night lights on.

Not all Patriot models have DRLs. To my knowledge, they can't be turned off if you have them. Good luck!

I know mine does, but they only come on when the Jeep is put into gear - if it is in park, the lights are not on....

True with almost all vehicles with DRls! And if the parking brake is on they won't come on either. So, if you have DRLs and need to go thru guarded gates at night, pull the park brake on a notch, that'll turn the lights off and the guards can see your sticker.

Mine doesn't have DRL to... hmm seem to be your dealer didn't told you that.

Is there a way to add DRL function if mine did not come with it?
Found out the other night that the headlights have an auto-off feature (they shut off automatically if you leave them on after exiting the car).
You could just turn your headlights on and leave them. Not sure how long they'll go after you shut it off, but at least you'll know they'll be on when you start up.
