stop headlights turning on when unlocked?

Is there a way to stop the headlights from turning on (for 90 secs) when the unlock button is pressed? I don't have EVIC, so can't program it, and the manual only explains how to stop the lights from flashing.

The dealer should be able to change the timing with their scan tool.
