OK, I am a bonehead. 2500 miles and the change oil light came on. I see they cut me a nice little hole to drain the oil but where the heck is the filter? Do I need to take off that whole plastic guard to get to it. Hood up and tools ready- please help.

there is a small access hatch on the plastic skid plate under the right front side of the engine.
FACEPALM. Walked right into that one, he did.That's what he said! BADA-BOOM!
