Selling the Android head unit that I had in my 2014 Patriot. Looks and works perfect, with one tiny little exception. I don't have the 4G cellular data antennas that it came with. They're only needed if you plan to get a data plan for the radio and use it as a hot spot in your vehicle. I really don't know why anyone would want to do that, I just used my phone as a hot spot, when I wasn't using Android Auto.

This will work in any Patriot or 1st gen Compass from 2009 to 2017.

This unit has a 10.1" screen, it runs Android 10, has wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay, connects to your phone via bluetooth to let you make and receive phone calls, has several USB ports. Your steering wheel controls, if you have them, also work like they should.

It does not have a volume or a tuning knob. Volume and tuning are controlled via the touchscreen or your steering wheel controls it your Jeep has those.

Comes with all wiring needed, including a CANBUS adapter box. Will plug into an aftermarket reversing camera, or a factory camera if you get an adapter. When a door is opened, it shows on the screen. When using a reversing camera, the trajectory lines move to show where you're going.

I'd rather sell locally, but will ship for cost. If you are local, I'll even install it for free.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have about it. Here is a link to the newer model of this radio, all the features are the same, except the newer one does have a volume knob:

Weird question: How‘s the FM reception? I’m sort of in a grey reception area. I get OK reception from Rochester, Buffalo, and Toronto driving from home, but drive 5-10 miles and tend to get spotty reception on any stations that are not in the direction I am traveling. My Jeep RES radio has the best reception that I’ve had in my last 4 vehicles. I actually do listen to the FM, so I wouldn’t want to trade up without good reception.

Sorry, I can't really answer that. The only time I listen to FM is on my drive in to work in the morning, but that's just driving from one side of the city to the other.

I did have one of those shorty, bullet-shaped antennas on my Patriot and in the city the reception was perfectly fine. Don't think that's really helpful for you though.

Seriously thinking about it. I’ll take a look at the current version. Which areas of Buffalo do you frequent? My #4 son commutes from home to Amherst.

South Buffalo, Depew, Tonawanda, Niagara Falls, Cheektowaga, Lancaster, and Alden are frequent areas.
