Hi
I'm new on this forum.
I'm from Belgium.
Always wanted a Wrangler but never bought me one.
Now with the new Patriot my interest is bigger then ever.
I've went looking at it in the local dealer few days ago.
So at this moment I still haven't got a Jeep. :(

I have checked me in on this site to find a lot of info.
And there's plenty of to find here :)

(Excuse me for my English, doing my best :))

Greetings !

Mr Mooze,
Your American English is better than most. I too am looking and hope to learn more before buying. Let me know if you come across any valuable information towards a purchase and I will do likewise.:beerchug:
Best of luck:smiley_thumbs_up:

Well first of all, please allow me to welcome you to the site. We are more than glad to welcome our new family members. Please use the threads to find all pertinent information and ask any questions you may have. We all hope you find the Pat you are looking for...best of luck to both of you and welcome aboard.

Welcome Mr. Mooze!

I purchased my Patriot only two weeks ago and LOVE IT!

I just wanted to say that I spent nearly 2 months looking for my perfect Pat. And I spend just about the same amount of time on this forum reading posts from all the great forum members. Everyone in here is very insightful and very helpful with answering just about any questions you may think of.

Don't be afraid to use that "search" button...It helped me find information from Patriot reliability, usability, dealer cost, bargaining tips, financing tips...and the list goes on! :notworthy:

Enjoy!

Thank you all for the warm welcome.
(My French is even worser than my English = I live in the Dutch speaking part of Belgium).

Thursday I'm going to test drive a Patriot Limited Edition.
It's a 2.0 diesel with 136 hp.

Looking forward to it.

Ok, so I took a test drive thursday with a 08 Limited edition.
2.0 diesel in Steel blue.
Firt opinion was verry well.
We went for a litle trail in the woods.
Driving was really good, I like it to see over other vehicles. (Because of the hight of the Jeep)
But didn't like the dark blue coller so ...
And I whant more options on the car.
My girlfriend was sold emmiditly. :)

Today I went looking to a black 09 Limited Gant (special serie: it's a clothing brand)
And it has a lot of more options like a GPS and roofwindow.
I sure like the new dash a lot more !
I've made the click and ...

Fild in an order form, so now I'm verry excited!
I have to waith like a week or so.
When I've got it, I will sure post some pic's.

Greetings,
Mr Mooze

Hi,
I have my Pat about 2 weeks, and LOVE IT !!
Rides great, i'm verry impressed how smooth he rides.
All the option are a lot of fun, like the gps-radio.

The radio speakers are a little to quiet for me. (the bass)
What is the size of the speakers?
I was thinking to put some other's in the door (a better brand)
And put a empleyer in.

When the weather is nice all be posting some pic's.
Cheers
Mr Mooze

Great you got your Pat Mr Mooze----Your English is OK, no problems!!----

I just went into some Belgian websites to have a look at the Gant Limited Patriot. It looks good , but you would get most of the extras as standard on a UK spec Patriot. I thought that British prices were high, but you seem to pay a heck of a lot of Euros for your cars in Belgium.

yup, I know. And I really won't compare the price with US of Can $ ... then I'm gonna cry :)
But I have mine and really loving him, that's what counts.

Today I went looking for some prices for AT wheels and some steelies. To get a rough look on the Pat. And a lift: but I can't buy that over here. :(
The dealer hasen't got so many choise, so I think all get a better look in the forum what wheel sizes you guys prefer.

16" would fit over my brakes?
Because wheels have to be bigger than on a 17" rim.

Greets,
Mr Mooze
