I did about 2 years ago. The workshop used a press and replaced with moog ones in both left and right arms; however in my case it was not a good experience as they worn out just a year later and then had to replace the whole arm.
Maybe it was bad luck, coincidence or bad installation of the workshop, but my personal experience was not good in terms of lasting.
