Been fighting with 2010 patriot a while now... (GF's vehicle)

Haven't found via self , garage or dealer what the real issue is..

Basically how the mess started - and what it's progressed into
Patriot put itself into limp mode driving at 65, it dropped to 25mph max . - had no issues or warning lights before that.
It came out of limp mode on its own.

then scans said nothing wrong - from the local mechanic and the trans shop he sent my gf too)

next it
did it again and added shaking and shuddering to limp mode.
scan said no signal from electronic throttle control and low voltage to transmission control module. (shop ,didn't give me the codes)

changed out the throttle body as the garage suggested this was the main issue.
ran great 1 week! maybe 100 miles

back to limp mode , shook so bad wouldn't move in the driveway!

gas pedal to the floor - engine couldn't be forced over 1,200 rps
checked at home with a scanner.

Scanner said Battery below acceptable limit - but say 12.9V ( so I'm lost on that)
Charging system test - passed and said within range at 14.04 V
___ this mess not making sense to me- I also checked with a voltage meter and see : 12.6 volts with everything off ,14.8 volts when running at idle BUT random drops to 12.7 volts (drops are done so fast it's like a blink on the screen watching live)

Home scan gives me some odd codes (Innova scanner)
U140E - Implausible Vehicle Configuration Data Recieved
C2116 ABS Pump Motor Supply Low Voltage
U0121 Lost communication with ABS Module
U0100 Lost communication with ECM/PCM
C121C Torque Request Signal Denied
P1607 PCM Internal Shutdown Timer Rationality
P2110 Electronic throttle control system - Forced Limited RPM
P2118 Electronic throttle control Motor Current Performance

Battery is from Jan - had it tested , autozone says it's fine.
Pulled the alternator out had it tested , they say it's fine.

Last time it was at the dealer - they said needed a new throttle body (from a scan) throttle body has less then 250 mile on it, though!
Other garage claimed trans is fried and needs replaced - in my mind that's not explaining, the shaking in idle in park or neutral.

Clear codes - it'll drive 40-50 miles then the electronic throttle control system warning light comes on and kicks it in limp mode.

Until the electronic throttle control system warning light comes on it drives perfect , shifts perfect , etc..

Today had time to mess with this again (it's sat about a month) I let it run , 30 mins at idle , no problems, no lights , no codes.
Drove 44 miles , drove great! Pushed it through gears , everything was fine (GF believing shop that the trans is bad so I want to be sure before a 4k bill) stopped put gas in it , drove 2 more mile electronic throttle control system light came on - limped home at 25 mph
Only code stored today is
P2110 Electronic throttle control system - Forced Limited RPM

Is it possible the pcm is fried?
or something I'm over looking?

Put new plugs, boots and oil in it , when I had it in the garage to change the throttle body.
After the first low voltage code -- battery terminals ,were replaced , all grounds were cleaned and tightened.
