in my patriot 2011 year heated seats switches panel in central bezel are not illuminated when headlights are on. only hazards switch has background light. is this normal or i have some problem?

None of them are working on mine. I've just contended with it. Planned on used a LED strip to illuminate them. And add a little ambiance at the same time.

I don't have heated seats, but the ESC and Hazard Light switches both light up on mine.

All were lit in my 07 when I bought it, by the time I traded it in 12 none of them besides the hazard worked. I pulled it out and all the lights are soldered to the board so there's no easy way to replace them.

The back lighting for my drivers side heated seat is inop, but the rest are still going. I've just dealt with it.... The time I did pull it out to look it looked like you would have to replace the entire panel. Not something I felt was worth it.

Piece of cake to change the 5 lamp. I bought 5
PL12VX Minilamp with solder wires 12V 50mA total 3,50 € with VAT from local electronic shop Parco.

Solder ALL the lamps from the circuit board. Loose the old lamps from the base and install new lamps
to the base and solder the lamps. Approx 1h work. BTW. The emergency lamp has red hat over the lamp and
I think it is good to change all the lamps same time.
