Is this a reliable site to buy spacers from for a 2015 4x4 Patriot? If not, can someone send a link to a better site to buy them from?

Personally Id say no to that site.

Maybe try Truck Parts & Jeep Parts - Lift Kits, Winches, Tonneau Covers, Tires, Wheels, Bumpers, Performance ? 4 Wheel Parts

Or buy them off ebay (from a reputible seller) or Amazon (again, look at the actual seller)

Can anyone confirm if these spacers will work? I have a 2015 4WD Patriot.

The place I am trying to get to install my lift said that the wheel studs that are in those spacers are not the correct thread for my vehicle? He also said that the Spydertrax and Teraflex spacers have the same stud treads which will not work.

I have a 2014 and my studs are 12mm x 1.5, same as those spacers. I'm assuming your 2015 is the same
