Hello everyone. Just got a 2015 Jeep Patriot Sport 4x4. Came with Goodyear Eagle LS tires and factory rails. I'll be going up to northern BC next month, crossing some pretty intense road ruts that a non 4WD can't make it through. Do you think the stock tires will do? Would also like a rack suggestion (mostly to carry fuel and spare tire). Lastly, I would love a nice winch.

I have looked around a lot, but can't find anything thats well recomended. Help?

I used my stock all season tires for off roading a bunch of times. Never had a flat until I got a screw stuck in it. All season are adequate for light off roading.

I personally run Dynapro A/T-M's and have NEVER had an issue. I have a smittybuilt winch bumper set up from RRO. ( love the bumper, hate the smittybuilt) and a rack that i carry everything from extra fuel cans and camping supplies, to a spare tire and at times my daughters bike... the gear is great but sometimes it really helps to know what your doing, because then the gear really does not matter. Before going and dropping thousands check out all of the options. (there are not many but there out there) Check out some of my pics for ideas.

Doesn't look very rocky so it would probably be fine. In my opinion the stock tires kind of suck in snow, ice and rain but are just enough to get by. Those mountains look beautiful, what part of the country is this?
