My 07' brochure had to be taped back together. Yep looked at it a lot!!
Same here...then my daughter got ahold of it for a school project...needed a picture of a jeep...ordered a new one...probably will be here before the real thing...grrr

I might get an 08' considering how my order got bumped....Thats if I even remember to ask for it!! I can always order one haha!! I looked at it, I think I tossed it on the floor once, made sure to pick it up so the pup wouldn't destroy it. Safe now it's on a shelf.

FYI

This might be a little off topic, but.... I just heard from my dealer that CXR has officially converted any outstanding Patriot orders to the 2008 model year. No word on what roll order date plays or how many 07 orders were filled prior to the 08 re-tool and what the backlog is.

Mine was ordered in late May and will definately be a 2008. According to my dealer I will receive it as ordered at the agreed, 07 price. I honestly don't know if that is CXR honoring that or the dealer. Hard to say in this case because my family has been doing exclusive business with them for 25 years. In my case, this order is our 30th vehicle purchased in that time.

Expected delivery is mid August since production is not expected to resume until late July.

Your experiences may vary.

Surely that will be the dealer helping you out there... Almost all first year models are priced "really well" to start but then the prices slowly climb as more standard bits are rolled into the production line.

Production is slated for mid July with delivery (at the earliest) in early August. Realisticly it could be September before the 2008 model shows up on the dealer lots in quantities larger than the numeral 1.

Silver - I've got my 07 borchure if you want it. PM me your address and I'll USPS over to you. I can always request another one in 2008 when I commit to another 4 years of car payments.

JeepJim, I have two brochures from my dealer. Never received the brochures requested from the website.

My dealer told me the same thing. I asked twice about the price and they said the price won't change either. My dealer told me they hoped mine would be in at the end of July but I think they won't see it until August. Wishful thinking on their part or his part.

Brochures via Website

I never submitted a brochure request on the website because for some dang reason, they want to know my year of birth. Huh? Imagine going up to the brochure stand at your dealer and getting your hand slapped -- "not until you tell us the year you were born". Geeez. Is Orwell alive and well and living at Chryco?

Inexpensive marketing data collection. They know who their target market is and you get a free catalog. Sounds fair enough. They don't ask you for your SS #, mother's maiden name, credit card #ers, etc.

Or you can drive on down to your dealer, have him give you the "shpiel" and try to sell you a car before you even get the catalog.

It's up to you.

It doesn't mean you have to give them your real date of birth if you're sensitive about it.

Never got my 07 brochure...stop at the dealer yesterday while riding my motorcycle. The manager gave me his full 2007 Daimler Chrysler Canada color catalogue (Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep vehicles) 146 pages including the Patriot of course (4 full pages). Guess he wants me as a future customer! Or he has the 2008 edition!

According to USAToday I am either a 26 year old woman in Minnesota or a 34 year old male in Boston. Should help them towards marketing to transgender people in that age group who live in Northern parts of the country.

rpatr01, you got my brochure.

Is that the really patriot's target audience?

And I'd be happy to send you one of mine, but since you now have a much better view of an '07 model than a brochure could provide, I guess you don't really need it. ;)

I think that Ford & Subaru are targeting that market. :icon_rolleyes: I try to always mislead online surveys. They want to pay me for research fine.

Unfortunately when I wanted a brochure from Jeep they did not send me it. Very late availability on brochures.
