I think there may be a curse on the limited...I am noticing that the orders placed after mine for the sport are passing me....I have called twice and both times they have given me an estimated build date/estimated ship date...so maybe ask for that info next time you call. good luck...

I think ordering the sunroof is the difference since it is a completly different roof. Ours took about 10 weeks to come in, but it was well worth it! My guess is that they don't build them with sunroofs very often so your order has to wait untill the sunroof models are scheduled.

Tomorrow will be 8 weeks since I ordered my poo-metalic 4x2 Limited, and the dealer just told me I should be expecting it by Friday (in 2 days!) I am so wound up , I don't think I'll be able to sleep until then! If it doesn't come on Friday, I'll EXPLODE!!!

I haven't been checking the status myself because, from reading other posts, the data doesn't seem totally reliable. Also, I didn't want to appear OBSSSIVE.

I'll see if the little guy likes the name "Woody." You know, because it's a 2-by-4...

When I get my Patriot, I'm just gonna sit inside it and smell..............

So I called again and the guy on the line starts the conversation with "Looks like you called last Friday", I am like "Yea but a bunch of people on this forum I belong to ordered sports close to me and they are in D1 KZL E F and every status beyond me, so I am just calling to confirm the curse that has been placed on limiteds....", after he stops laughing (seriously he laughed for some time) " He gives me the "I am sorry but your order is still in D, but I will note the suspected curse on your ticket.". It took me a while to stop laughing, I told him thanks and I will be calling on Friday.

So the limited Curse has been documented we will see.......

i think you might win this one and mine is being delivered to a dealer about 3 hours away and i have to go pick it up. so it may take me a few days to get to where i can go get it :-/

I don't know about that, JR. If mine arrives next Thurs or later, I can't pick it up until Monday, June 4th at the earliest. I'm working all weekend next weekend, 12 hour shifts, and there's no way I can pick it up until my days off...

Either way it's going to be a close one. As you'd say....

Well just called again the sadness deepens mine is still D been there for 2 weeks

I had hoped that the production increases would have translated to a 4-5 week wait rather than 8+ but looks like I will be in the 8+ range as this is week 4 and still not even a build date....

Build date...

Order status... Placed order for my Metal Green Patriot back on 4-28
Dealer called and gave me the VON # and start build date of 6-7.
I may have my Jeep before the end of June...

...still no Patriot.

It has arrived in Buffalo, NY and has been unloaded from the train. I'm going crazy here (er...well, crazier). It's about 75 miles from my dealer at this point and they told me they were going to put a 'hot' status on it so maybe by Tuesday. At this point I feel like poor Kath did. I'm beginning to think that there really is no Patriot and that it's all a figment of my imagination!

I'm so confused.

So I talked to my dealer yesterday and he said my Pat is in the inspection stage at the factory (didn't give me an exact status code). Then I called the DC support line and they said that it went from D1 back to D. Then she continues to tell me "but it still says you have a ship date of 6/2". I was like "isn't that tomorrow?" She paused for a long time, then told me to contact my dealer. Where is their information so messed up?

I guess all I can do is hope and pray that it is being shipped today!!!

I would guess that one of those 3 pieces of info is not correct; 2 of them seem to agree. I know that as I kept checking my status, the dealer and DCX were pretty much in agreement, but the dealer had more detailed information that was slightly "fresher". Hang in there, kdans25. "If they build it, it will come."

Wooo hoooo D1 est ship date of 6/13 looks like if things go well I will have it around the end of June........

And the dealer has the better information....... Support still thinks it is in D but dealer confirmed D1 and est ship date via phone.
