However, my gf is VERY interested in purchasing a Patriot in the next 4-5 months, so I came here to enlighten myself. I know a little bit about them, as I have been checking them out and reading up on them for about the past week. Anyway, I will let you know when she gets hers and pic will follow.

Sounds like you've got a pretty smart girlfriend! Beware: you might get infected with Jeep fever, too... especially after she gets her Patriot. My hiking buddy is also named Aaron and he drives a Subaru, but he's starting to consider getting a Patriot after listening to me go on about it!

oh, im a jeep fan already. Im in college currently so Im keeping the Beretta for a while, but I love to offroad. I used to go with my brother and his friends with their trucks (F-150 and Dakota Quad Cab) which migrated to quads last summer. My buddy has a lifted 98 TJ and I love it. Since Ive got the modification bug (I dunno why, but I just cant stop modding things) if she does end up getting a Patriot, you can bet there would be some mods!
