Hi all, it's Chris here from London, England. Well, the far southern edge of London, the gateway to the great outdoors of Surrey and Kent - proper 4x4 territory. I bought my first ever 4x4 last Friday (my birthday, by coincidence) and will collect it this coming Saturday morning. It's a 2010 silver Patriot Sport+ 2.4 petrol (gas! - many of the UK cars are diesel 2.0) in excellent condition. A little trouble with the lacquer on the alloy wheels - only minor but I plan to have them stripped and sprayed. Can't wait to get the Jeep and start putting it through its paces! I'll be offroading and using it to launch and recover a 14ft motor boat, as well as supermarket runs etc, and it will have a permanent bike rack on the roof for my and my 2 daughters' mountain bikes, which are usually as muddy as I expect the Jeep to get. It's great to find a site dedicated to the Patriot - one of the best looking 4x4s around I reckon!
