Diesel Oil Type

I'm gonna do an oil change soon.
I've done 4,000km so i'm asking this...

The manual states a wide range of oil viscosity acceptances so whats the best/recommended use at this time? (its also summer BTW)

I use Castrol...we do both castrol and comma. change every 9,000.....bit of a joke when Audi A4 with same engine can do up to 20,000 between changes......
