Can't make myself decide on a color!!!! Both are within 150 miles of me. Exactly how I want them - with the exception that I wanted vinyl seats and they have the YES seats. I just can't decide!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!!! I guess it really isn't such a big problem but I just can't decide!

Depends what you like! I replaced two vehicles with my Steel Blue Jeep Patriot. One was black and the other dark blue. Perhaps buying two might be the solution 
FYI I looked at both and in my opinion the blue blends with the chrome and body creases partially due to the metallic flakes. That may be the reason for the switch to a metallic black in 08. This effect is particularly true with the limiteds. However, black was my second choice and I would have been very happy. The Black Limited at the dealership was very nice but it was a 4x2 with the CVT.

Blue is damn nice...was my first choice in color.
Black is timeless - very slick looking...my second choice.
Ended up with red...my third choice. It was in transit, so I did not have to play the waiting game that so many here are sick of playing.
My advice - pick one before they are gone, and then you too will be waiting for weeks and weeks.

Color doesn't help resale value.. Thats a myth. Go with whatever color you think it is best... Black shows more dents dings dirt and ALL that fun stuff! Blue don't see as MUCH of that fun stuff!! LOL

I am sorry it does help for me because I am trading in my 03 Discovery for the Patriot that I ordered and they are going to give me more because it is black on black and you cant find one because everyone wants that color. It is all up to the person, and how clean they want to keep their Vehicle. Everyone has there own opinion!!
Before I ordered my poo-metalic 4x2 Limited, I was researching used car values on the internet for my Scion XA. The site I used (Edmonds?) showed that my car had a deduction of about $150 because it was black! This may be vehicle and geographically specific....
