I wonder if it's normal that my first oil change signal started at 4000 km....

When have done your first oil change...

no need to stress. my first one was about 2,800/miles.

2,200 miles, but it was at 6 month mark...

never got the oil change light though.

Mine came on at 8800kms.....I had already changed the oil twice by then. Pointless feature IMHO, oil should be changed on set intervals.
