Are you getting the Jeep Wave / Giving the Jeep Wave? This is a little different than the other topic on whether yo should give the wave.

So far I have yet to get a wave from another Jeep owner. I do, however, tend to wave at Wranglers / CJs out of habit. Of course since I've never seen another Patriot on the road and damn few Compasses it is moot.

hah, I'm so used to waving at other Wrangler's that everyone thinks it's funny! Most of the Wranglers don't wave back to me when I'm in the Honda Accord

The only VW Wave I ever got was the shop when I took it in. Made their day. :beerchug:

I've never seen a Jeep wave for anything other than Wranglers.

Same here... but then again this is Jeep country and if every Jeep owner waved at every other Jeep owner we'd be driving with one hand all of the time.

In my little town we wave at everyone in town, jeep owner or not. We're just that friendly like that.

I've been known to give "half a peace sign" from time to time... does THAT count?

The Jeep wave applies to washington in the wranglers...never have I had a wave in my cherokee...a few fingers maybe

Yea, I had some Cherokee and GC checking out my Pat, but I've yet to get a Jeep Wave. I haven't had any Wranglers coming from the opposite direction yet, so my chance of getting one has been pretty limited.

I actually had a Wrangler driver initiate a wave at me this weekend. I also had a Libby driver do a double take.

There are so many Jeeps in Maine that I've had to install an artificial limb so I can keep my hands on the wheel.

Ive actually had several young girls in compasses wave at me. I feel that the compass/patriot group is closer than say pats/wranglers especially on the road.
