anybody know where to pick up a bumper like the one on the homepage? also the size of the largesttires we can run with factory suspention and wheels with maybe and extra inch or so ofset? Anybody with answers, i'd greatly appreciate it, thank you

Welcome and congrats on the new ride. That pic on the homepage is of the SEMA Patriot and only a concept vehicle. To my knowledge the bumper isn't available. As for the tires, look in the Suspension and Tires section as I'm sure there are a few dozen threads that may answer your question.
