Hi its 81 degrees and After replacing my door hinge yesterday I noticed I have two lights on my 2009 Jeep Patriot 2.4 engine the esp bas light and traction control on at the same time. No weird noise is happening and the vehicle is driving normal so far. So why is it on and how do I fix it?

Hi, welcome to the site.

Could be a wheel speed sensor, a bad hub, or a wiring / connector problem, or something else.

The first thing I'd do is get the error codes read. If you don't have a scanner, a local auto parts store might read the codes for you for free.

ESP, BAS, Traction Control, 4WD! dash lights fix

The sound on the front wheels / between the dash and engine could be the ABS system activating in due to the failed wheel speed sensor. The ABS module is mounted to the firewall in the engine bay, behind the motor. It would be helpful to know if there are any codes present.
