well maintained Patriot for sale / new engine(not rebuilt) with only 7500 miles on it

2009 Jeep Patriot automatic, just undercoated in October. I have lifetime warranty on Jeep so its been well taken care of. Newer transmission/ new engine . My mechanic would fix stuff not under warranty(tuneups,brakes, windshield wipers etc.) and then I would take it to Jeepto fix things under warranty. Last August Ziegler Jeep fixed transmission pan leak/ radiator hose leak and oil leak. Was going to keep it forever but death in family so Im selling it. Have all records of work done on Jeep. Have remote start/ garaged all year. Tailgate is rusted/ inside door on both back doors starting to rust. Put rust protection on all rusted areas. Underneath car is fine. Many new parts(under warranty) put on underneath car. Really believe this Jeep will last a few more years.
