Sway bar end link hits control arm

This is exactly what my problem is. Sway Bar Hitting Lower Control Arm Help

I used these struts Front Left and Front Right. And this Moog Stabilizer Bar Link which was the same size at the OE that i cross referenced multiple times.

I measured the end link mount points to the bottom of the strut and they are the same. I have to slightly jack up the control arm to get the top of the link in or is that normal. I should of looked closer to the old strut. Could it be too much spring in the spring of the new strut assembly causing this issue?

Any thoughts?

I watched several videos now and no one had to put a load on. I'm going to assume its the struts.

Breaking news. I found my old struts laying around this morning. I measured from the center of the mounting hole directly to the bottom of the strut and I got 18 cm on the KYBs and have 19 cm on the OE Mopars. That one cm is about how much i have to lift it to put the bolt thru. They're either too long or too short by a cm depending on how you look at it.

It makes me wonder if my rears are off too, but I don't have the old ones.

Good evening, how did you remedy the issue? Did you find shorter links?

I didn't. I think people thought I was crazy. I just know I can insert the balljoint into the knuckle unless i have the links disconnected. I'll have another look when I service my front brakes in a couple days.
I had to lift the suspension to get new links on my Patriot. Same with my Pacifica. That's using moog with new and replacement struts. Been a normal thing for me.
