So I just got done doing my sister's wheel bearing on her 2013 Jeep Patriot 2.0l. While at it, I went ahead and changed her air filter and cleaned her battery terminals. I took her car for a test drive and it drove fine but I did notice that her car seems to vibrate quite noticeably at idle. I would rev the engine to about 2k rpm while in park and when it would drop back down to idle, it seems to vibrate even rougher and the lights slightly dim. Does this sound like the alternator is going bad or something else? I'm going to get the alternator tested at Autozone but I know their tester doesn't always pick up whether it's going bad or not. Any responses are greatly appreciated!

Also within 20k miles I've changed the air filter, spark plugs and coil packs.

They should be good for 30k, but I'd check the plugs first.
