2015 Jeep Patriot Latitutude 4wd 2.4L 6 speed automatic.

Recently replaced my rear sway bar bushing and end links. Had the rear up on stands. I had no problems replacing the back right bushing and link. However, when I was on the left side, I had to use a pry bar to line up the bracket for the bushings. The end links were a pain too and honestly didn't line up like the other side did. What could possibly be the problem? I'll have to try to get a picture.

Rear Left: something isn't right. I stopped while trying to hit the torque spec

Rear Right: I had no issues.

is it possible the bar could be bent? i don't know why it would be but I hope that's not the case.

Yes, it could be. The bar is easy to bend; I bent mine pushing on it hard by hand while trying to get the bolt out.

So how much of an issue is this and how difficult would it be to replace it I had to?
