I've recently converted my EXPORT front bumper to a NORTH AMERICAN front bumper:
Wheel Tire Automotive parking light Car Land vehicle

My question is about these screw holes...

An example of an EXPORT model:

An example of a NORTH AMERICAN model:

The NORTH AMERICAN lower fascia I received does not have any holes in the bottom (only the 2 holes for adjusting fog-lamp angles) so I am just curious what the bottoms of your lower fascias look like?

Those holes look like they hold the engine splash shield on. I don't have that splash shield since I have the FD2 model with the metal skid plate, so I can't be of too much help But my skid plate attaches to a metal cross bar that runs behind and under the radiator, circled in red in the pic:

I believe, but cannot confirm, that the plastic splash shield mounts to that bar as well. But I know that the splash shield does not connect to the front bumper lower fascia at all.
