So at first I was looking to get some rims for around $500, but other stuff got in the way, and now I'm sourcing other options for my 2008 jeep patriot north with 16" tires.

I'm only looking to get the rims (16") to fit my summer tires, and leave my winter tires on my stock steel rims. That way I wont have to buck up $100 each time to have my tires swapped over.

I was wondering, what would be my best options for a decent looking cheap replacement? I was thinking I could get a Jeep Wrangler OEM wheels, or something similar that would look decent and not break the bank.

Any ideas? I was trying to find a thread of other OEM tires that would fit my truck but couldn't find anything.

Appreciate the help.

I bought some 215/70R-16 Yokohama Geolandar's - and they're practically new so I won't want to be changing my mind and getting into a 17" (in case you were wondering).

Your tire size will determine a wheel width and offset recommendation. You mentioned that you were wanting to stick with the 16" size and I would too if I had a new set of 16" tires.

We would recommend looking for a wheel that is no wider than 7.5" for your current tires. Our guide shows you can run a 16x7 with a 14mm-40mm offset to keep your wheels and tires tucked within your fenders. If you want you new wheels to stick out you'll want a 16x7 with an offset lower than 14mm.

Thanks! I'm considering getting my tires at the Discount Tire Bellingham or Burlington location in Washington State. Can you recommend any from your site that would properly fit without the wheels sticking out of the fenders. Feel free to PM me.

All the wheel models listed in the link below will work for your set-up and will keep the assemblies within the fender well.

Who doesn't like saving a buck or two :D

We do not offer any forum member discounts but we do guarantee the lowest out the door price on all the products we carry. If a competitor ever has a cheaper advertised out the door price, we'll beat it.
