Hi I am a new Jeep owner, can any body tell me how to change the small front bulb? I have tried to pull the plug out but no bulb comes out ???

Instructions should be in your user Handbook or Disc that came with your Patriot.

I didn't have a book but have been out and got one, thanks. Do you know if any work shop manuals are available?

Do you mean the parking light? W5W bulb below the main driving light / high beam bulb? Changing that is not mentioned in the owners manual, I'm afraid... At least, not in mine. Which would seem to imply that it might be a bit more complicated procedure. (Which sucks, as I really should change both of mine.)

After working in this area while installing fog lights, it's not an easy bulb to get at(naturally), especially the one on the passenger side.
