Are factory radios interchangable?

My 2016 Jeep came with the standard non-touch screen radio. If I were to buy a used Sirius touch screen model are they a plug-and-play swap?

from others experience it looks like this radio is a plug and play set up. though sat radio and gps might need some extra wires but if you're looking for a factory touchscreen with voice command for cheap this is it
